This one is just one of those quick update blogs, we just don’t have the time to be insightful or reflective this week. Why? Because our team are jumping through hoops to fill roles for some rather incredible companies.

Cementing our place in the recruitment industry is somewhat of  challenge and our team are driven every morning that as a newcomer to the industry, carving out our niche and making a name for ourselves is going to require a lot of work.

This week, our team are busy at work resourcing a plethora of roles, two of which we wanted to showcase in order to highlight the varying spectrum of roles our teams supply.

Location: North East Derbyshire

Description:
Due to expansion, our client has a rare opportunity for three vets to join their team. The three would suitably have one of the following specialisms:
·         Experienced vet with an interest in equine
·         An in-experienced vet with an interest in mixed practice
·         A small animal Saturday consulting vet
Our client boasts a friendly and personality filled mixed practice on the edge of the Peak District with a low staff turnover and loyal client base.

Job Title: Compliance Manager
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Term: Permanent
Remuneration: £Negotiable
Description:
Working for a growing energy company, this role is most suited for a candidate with an established track record of compliance management within the utilities sector.
  • Overall responsibility for the sales activity for the outbound and inbound sales channel dealing with both B2C consumers.
  • Compliance / Quality – Implementing and adhering to telephone / data regulations to ensure the customer receives the best customer experience every time creating effective scripting and writing training material.
  • Implementing People Management processes to focus performance and productivity utilising a redesigned reporting suite.
  • Designing and creating an effective training structure for new and established advisors.
  • Long / short term planning of resources streamlining the structure of the centre.
  • Data Management – devising a strategy for data management, implementing and analysing results to generate the most successful results.
  • Creating a full reporting suite for visibility of call centre activity, allowing a set of stretching KPI’s to be implemented.
  • Overall management of an Outbound Team / Commercial Team along with implementing sales training and quality requirements into the Inbound Team.
  • Created and delivered sales / customer service training.
  • Managing projects such as the implementation of PCI and TPS, along with Quality, Compliance and Training.
